Open Position: Software Engineer

What you’ll do

Build reliable systems, services, SDKs, and tooling used in production.
Interface with sensors/actuators, edge devices, and robotics stacks.
Ship ML/CV features end-to-end: data → training → evaluation → deployment.
Optimize image/vision pipelines for performance and quality.
Collaborate with Havuja and client teams; write clear docs and tests.
Field bring-ups: support integration and debug on customer sites; make pragmatic on-the-spot fixes.

Baseline qualifications

Strong software engineering skills in one or more of: Python, C/C++, Rust, Go, TypeScript.
Experience with at least one focus area above.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, code reviews, and testing.
Clear written/spoken English.

Nice to have

Robotics (ROS/ROS2), UAV/UGV experience (PX4/ArduPilot), or embedded Linux.
Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, IaC, observability.
ML/CV stacks (PyTorch, ONNX/TensorRT, OpenCV), real-time optimization.
Security-minded development; eligibility for Finnish/EU clearances is a plus.
